POLICY

• Investing an hour or two of your time can make you beautiful for years to come in the long-run. All facials are recommended (depending on your skin concerns) every 4 weeks to maintain clean, healthy skin which renews every 28 days.

• Products used for the procedures are professional high-grade, medical grade and pharmaceutical quality brand only.

• ​A minimum of 24 hours notice must be given in order to successfully cancel or reschedule any appointment. This allows your spot to potentially be filled by someone else. Your deposit will be forfeited if you fail to provide sufficient notice.  Non-deposit appointments will be subject to a $45 late cancellation fee.

• Payment is collected once service has been rendered.

• A deposit is required for new clients at the time of booking ($25 lash lift, $50 lash extensions and facials).  This deposit will apply towards the total and is non-refundable.

• We reserve the right to refuse service.

• Your time is precious to us so we ask that you consider ours as well and notify us of any changes or cancellations at your earliest convenience.  

• Calling or texting to let us know you are running late is appreciated and we will try our best to accommodate but we do have a late cancellation policy.

• There are no refunds for services but we will try our best to remedy any unsatisfactory results or experiences.

• Although we aim to provide service at the highest standard, every individual is unique in their own way so we cannot guarantee results. 

• Do not use retinol/retinoids, Botox, topical acne medications and strong AHA/BHA 48-72 hrs prior to facial treatments.

• Rates subject to change without notice and are non-negotiable.
